1. Platform intellectual property
The Huayu AI website, applications and their related brand, logo, UI design, copy, icons, source code and other elements belong to the Huayu AI operator and are protected by copyright law, trademark law and other applicable regulations. No organization or individual may copy, modify, distribute or use them commercially without written authorization.
2. User-created original content
The character cards, world settings, dialogue, storylines, comments and other original content you create and publish on Huayu AI belong to you. To provide and promote our services, you grant Huayu AI a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license used only to:
- Display, distribute and back up your content on the platform
- Provide you with technical services such as AI continuation and cross-device sync
- Perform necessary formatting as long as the core intent is preserved
This license does not restrict you from syncing your work to other platforms or using it commercially on your own.
3. AI-generated content
AI-generated conversations and storylines are shared creative output of you and the platform. Provided you comply with applicable laws and this notice, you are free to use, modify and share them. Note that due to how models work, AI output may occasionally closely resemble the work of others; please adjust on your own initiative if this happens.
4. Third-party material
If you use third-party material in your creations (such as character archetypes, worldviews or illustrations), please make sure you have the necessary authorization or that the use falls within fair use. The platform is not responsible for disputes arising from unauthorized material.
5. Infringement reports
If you find content on Huayu AI that infringes your legal rights, please email [email protected] with the following materials:
- Proof of rights (copyright registration certificate, proof of original creation date, etc.)
- Links to the allegedly infringing content and a specific description
- Contact information and a reachable communication channel
We will verify and take necessary action — takedown, rate limits, account bans — within 72 hours. Malicious reports will bear corresponding liability.
6. Counter-notices
If the reported party believes a takedown was made in error, they may submit a counter-notice within 14 days of being notified. Upon receiving a compliant counter-notice, we will forward it to the original reporter and, depending on the situation, may restore the content.
7. Citation and reposting
For non-commercial reposting of text summaries from Huayu AI's public pages, please retain the source link and original author's byline. For commercial citation, please contact [email protected] to obtain written authorization.
