When you click "I agree" or start using any feature of Huayu AI, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms in full. If you do not agree, please stop using the service immediately and delete any related data.
2. Accounts and security
- Use accurate registration information and keep your account credentials safe
- Malicious sign-ups, account theft and bulk automated registration are prohibited
- If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately through the Technical Support page
- The platform is not responsible for losses caused by you disclosing your own credentials
3. Content creation guidelines
When creating or sharing content on Huayu AI, please ensure that:
- You do not infringe on others' copyright, trademarks, likeness rights, privacy or other legal rights
- You do not spread sexual, violent, hateful, politically sensitive or otherwise unlawful content
- You do not post advertising, malicious code, fraudulent links or other spam
- You do not use the platform for any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations
Violating content will be taken down, and depending on severity, accounts may receive warnings, rate limits or bans.
4. Service changes and termination
To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or pause or end certain services when necessary. Significant changes will be announced at least 7 days in advance. If you violate these terms, we reserve the right to terminate the service immediately without prior notice.
5. Paid services
Some advanced Huayu AI features (such as additional chat credits, premium models or featured placements) are offered as paid services. Specific pricing, payment methods and refund policies are detailed on the paid page. Except as required by law, paid services that have already been used are generally non-refundable.
6. Statement on AI-generated content
AI-generated conversations and storylines may contain factual errors, fabricated details or expressive bias. They are intended for creative inspiration and entertainment, and do not constitute professional advice. Please do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial or other critical decisions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huayu AI is not liable for indirect losses caused by force majeure, third-party service interruptions or your own actions. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to the platform in the preceding 12 months.
8. Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court at the location of the platform operator.
9. Updates to the terms
These terms may be updated in response to business developments or regulatory changes. The latest version will be published on this page and take effect upon publication. Please check back periodically — continued use constitutes acceptance of the updates.
